I Painted This With Watercolours On A Plank Of Wood I Found In My Garage!

I Really Love How It Turned Out.

I was really careful to keep the colours to a minimum. I Think Using only one bright colour gives it more depth :aww:

(apologies for the poor scan ... i don't think my scanner is really up for scanning a plank of wood!)

Wow, the pose is so great and the arms bring a lot of the emotion across! Her hair is so bright & contrasts really well with the black, I really love the hands <:
Watercolour on wood must be really difficult o_o Didn't the wood absorb the water? Or was it sealed? IN ANY CASE WELL DONE.

The bit where she's standing is really clever, to me, it feels like a great spurt of ink! Like she's painting with dance!
